Casa Laranja is a multi-sided cleaning marketplace and operations system for customers, field workers and internal teams. The work is the full service lifecycle, from booking and assignment through execution, payment and support.

Product architecture, engineering and design implementation of the marketplace and operations system, including domain modeling and field-to-desk interaction.

The Portuguese cover introduces the practice through warm colour and photography.

Four Sides of One Service

A Brazilian cleaning marketplace had to serve customers, field professionals, local operators and HQ from one product, including mobile field work and dense desktop operations.

CUE 02SYSTEM

The Lifecycle Is the Product

Booking, assignment, execution, evidence, payment and support are one workflow rather than a public site glued to a separate admin. Service state moves through explicit state machines. Scheduling capacity, provider availability and operational exceptions are modeled, not improvised.

After the guaranteed entry the booking product moves through network proof to services and the four scheduling steps.

LiveView for the Actual Product

Elixir and Phoenix LiveView with Ash for domain modeling, state machines and background work. The operations product is not a React default. Field work and dense desktop operations share one backend.

CUE 05OUTCOME

Four Portals, One Backend

The public booking product is live. Behind it sit the customer portal, the provider field portal, local operations and HQ administration on one multi-tenant backend.
